Job Title: UX/UI Designer Location: Charlotte, NC Job Type: Permanent Hire Job Description: Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 10+ years with UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in Figma to create intuitive, user-centric, and visually appealing digital experiences. candidates will have experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web and mobile applications. Roles & Responsibilities 10+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Human-Centered Design. Design user-centric experiences for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma. Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate findings into design improvements. Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams. Ensure responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability best practices. Work closely with development teams for smooth design-to-development handoff. Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders. Strong expertise in UX research methodologies and design best practices. Experience planning and conducting research activities, including qualitative and quantitative studies. Proficiency in creating: User Flows Process Workflows Customer Journey Maps Information Architecture (IA) Maps Wireframes and Interactive Prototypes Hands-on experience conducting: User Interviews Usability Testing User Validation Sessions Research Synthesis and Insights Generation Strong understanding of Enterprise Design Systems and component-based design approaches. Ability to define and maintain design standards, accessibility guidelines, and UX governance. Expertise with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, or similar. Generic Managerial Skills, If any Proactive and result-oriented leader, adept in mentoring and motivating the dynamic team to exemplary performance. Strong communication, collaboration, and team building skills with proficiency in grasping new technical concepts quickly.
