📍 Location: Amur Region / Russia 🏗️ Project Type: Industrial Project (Gas Processing Plant) 🕘 Position Type: Full-Time About the Position We are looking for a Technical Office Engineer to join our large-scale industrial project in the Amur Region of Russia. As a company known for delivering international-scale projects, we seek professionals who would play a key role in supporting project and financial processes outside the construction site. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical-Electronics Engineering departments of reputable universities, 1-3 years of experience to be assigned into middle and senior positions with the related experience in Cost Control, Planning, Subcontract, or Quantity Survey departments, preferably oil&gas and construction sectors, Excellent planning and coordination ability, Excellent command of English, Russian is a plus, Ability to work well under pressure with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and competent in written reporting, Ability to work and live in Russia.
