JASON ANGLIN AGENCY | FARMERS INSURANCE Chesterfield, MI | Full-Time | Monday through Friday Base Salary + Uncapped Commission START BUILDING A CAREER IN INSURANCE SALES The Jason Anglin Agency is looking for a motivated, people-focused individual who wants to develop their sales skills and build a long-term career in insurance. You don’t need an insurance background to get started. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys working with people, is willing to learn, and is motivated by goals and the opportunity to increase their earnings. You’ll receive hands-on training and ongoing coaching while learning both the sales and insurance sides of the business. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Connect with prospective customers through leads, referrals, outbound calls, and follow-up • Learn about each customer’s needs and recommend appropriate coverage • Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products • Build relationships with new and existing customers • Maintain an active pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects • Identify opportunities for additional products and coverage • Work toward individual and agency sales goals • Continue developing your sales and insurance knowledge through ongoing training WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Strong communication and people skills • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person • Motivated by goals, results, and earning potential • Persistent and able to keep moving after hearing “no” • Coachable, dependable, and willing to learn • Organized with strong follow-through • Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required • Active Michigan insurance licensing is preferred, or willingness to obtain the required licensing • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission • Performance-based incentives • Access to leads and marketing support • Hands-on training and ongoing mentorship • Professional development through the University of Farmers • Monday through Friday schedule • Evenings and weekends off • Opportunities for advancement and leadership • Potential pathway toward agency ownership LEARN THE BUSINESS.
