# Senior Accountant

Century Group

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $100,000 to $140,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Maintain accounting records, financial transactions, and supporting documentation for multiple entities and investment related activities. Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, account reconciliations, and bookkeeping schedules to ensure accurate reporting. Review cash activity, financial transactions, and accounting records for completeness and accuracy. Assist with financial statement preparation, tax support schedules, and compliance related documentation. Support special projects, administrative initiatives, and reporting requests related to investments, financial planning, and business operations. Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent accounting and bookkeeping experience. Strong background in bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and financial recordkeeping. Previous experience preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules within a professional accounting environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and financial software applications. Ability to work independently while managing multiple assignments and shifting priorities in a fast paced environment. Qualifications Prior experience supporting investment entities, real estate holdings, wealth management, or professional services organizations. Familiarity with GAAP based financial reporting, financial statement preparation, and tax support processes. Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client service oriented mindset. Adaptable and collaborative professional who thrives in a paperless environment and can effectively balance multiple projects simultaneously. REF #52924 #Ind-WC
