Technical Services Specialist - Animal Health & Nutrition

The Role & Your Impact As a Technical Services Specialist • Animal Health & Nutrition , you will combine technical expertise with customer engagement to support business growth across the Middle East region. Working closely with Account Managers and technical support teams, you will provide scientific guidance, manage customer trials, and represent Novonesis solutions in the marketplace. Key responsibilities include: Provide technical support related to product performance for key accounts and channel partners. Partner with Account Managers to grow existing business and develop new commercial opportunities. Supervise poultry trials, visit research facilities, and deliver detailed analyses of trial outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with nutritionists, veterinarians, customers, and industry influencers. Investigate customer complaints and resolve technical and application-related issues on-site. Develop a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and effectively position Novonesis solutions. Support annual account planning activities for key customers and channel partners. Represent Novonesis at trade shows, conferences, customer meetings, and industry forums. Participate in relevant professional associations and industry committees. What You’ll Need to Be Successful Required qualifications and experience Master's degree or PhD in Animal Health & Nutrition or a related scientific discipline. 8-10 years of experience within animal health and nutrition. Strong understanding of product applications and feed formulations. Fluency in both English and Turkish (written and spoken). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities across a region. Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time within the assigned region. Additional Skills & Interests We Value While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be advantageous: Experience with feed formulations involving probiotics and enzymes. Hands-on experience conducting or evaluating poultry and livestock trials. Knowledge of gastrointestinal health solutions and related market trends. Experience working with distributors and channel partners. Confidence presenting technical information to customers and industry audiences.
