# Senior Solution Design & Process Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION Netlog Logistics Group, consists of 18 leading companies and brands in the field of logistics in local, regional and global markets by offering their services. The Group continuous to grow rapidly and in a leading position of its sector. We are seeking Solution Design & Process Engineer (Junior) in the logistics center of Kocaeli / Gebze. Senior Solution Design & Process Engineer Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end process architecture and error-proofing mechanisms for new operational start-ups under "Zero Defect" principles.
• Conduct strategic AS-IS analyses and design VSM (Value Stream Mapping) and advanced optimization models for warehousing and transportation operations.
• Drive Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and process mining initiatives to deliver tangible efficiency and Cost-to-Serve improvements.
• Act as a strategic bridge across Operations, IT, and Commercial teams to coordinate RFQ/RFP processes, commercial proposals, and solution architecture.
• Lead operational excellence projects and mentor field teams in alignment with strategic growth targets. Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering with at least 5 years of professional experience in logistics/supply chain.
• Proven experience in Solution Design and operational start-up management.
• Full professional proficiency in English (Minimum B2+ level
• verbal and written).
• Strong analytical skills, advanced data analytics, process mining, and cost modeling capabilities.
• Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certification or advanced process optimization experience (Preferred).
