Senior Solution Design & Process Engineer

The Group continuous to grow rapidly and in a leading position of its sector. We are seeking Solution Design & Process Engineer (Junior) in the logistics center of Kocaeli / Gebze. Senior Solution Design & Process Engineer Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end process architecture and error-proofing mechanisms for new operational start-ups under "Zero Defect" principles. • Conduct strategic AS-IS analyses and design VSM (Value Stream Mapping) and advanced optimization models for warehousing and transportation operations. • Drive Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and process mining initiatives to deliver tangible efficiency and Cost-to-Serve improvements. • Act as a strategic bridge across Operations, IT, and Commercial teams to coordinate RFQ/RFP processes, commercial proposals, and solution architecture. • Lead operational excellence projects and mentor field teams in alignment with strategic growth targets. Requirements: • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering with at least 5 years of professional experience in logistics/supply chain. • Proven experience in Solution Design and operational start-up management. • Full professional proficiency in English (Minimum B2+ level • verbal and written). • Strong analytical skills, advanced data analytics, process mining, and cost modeling capabilities. • Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certification or advanced process optimization experience (Preferred).
