岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities 1. 售后配件管理 / Spare Parts Management 负责售后配件的库存管理、订单处理及发货协调，确保配件及时准确送达经销商及终端客户 Manage spare parts inventory, process orders, and coordinate shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery to dealers and end customers 2. 现场技术支持 / On-site Technical Support 执行电动两轮车的现场故障诊断、检修及维修服务，保障车辆正常运行 Perform on-site troubleshooting, inspection, and repair services for electric two-wheelers to ensure vehicle operational readiness 3. 客户服务与关系维护 / Customer Service & Relationship Maintenance 响应客户售后需求，处理保修索赔，提升客户满意度及品牌忠诚度 Respond to customer after-sales inquiries, handle warranty claims, and enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty 4. 质量信息反馈 / Quality Information Feedback 收集并整理售后质量问题，定期向总部技术团队反馈，协助产品迭代改进 Collect and compile after-sales quality issues, provide regular feedback to HQ technical team, and support product iteration improvements 5. 培训支持 / Training Support 协助开展经销商及终端维修人员的技术培训，提升本地服务网络专业能力 Assist in conducting technical training for dealers and local repair technicians to enhance the professional capabilities of the service network 要求 / Requirements 1、学历 / Education 学历不限/No degree requirement 2、经验 / Experience 2年以上两轮车/汽车行业售后服务或维修经验，有电动两轮车经验者优先 / 2+ years of after-sales service or repair experience in two-wheeler/automotive industry, e-mobility experience preferred 3、技能 / Skills 熟悉电动两轮车电气系统、电池管理及故障诊断；具备基础英语沟通能力 / Familiar with electric two-wheeler electrical systems, battery management, and fault diagnosis; basic English communication skills 4、出差 / Travel 可接受土耳其境内出差（/ Willingness to travel within Turkey. 5、其他 / Others 持有土耳其驾照；具备客户服务意识及团队协作精神 / Valid Turkish driver's license; customer-oriented with teamwork spirit
