Business Analyst w/ Configuration Role: This person will work closely with CRM Project Managers and Senior Business Analysts to ensure the timely and effective delivery of CRM implementation projects in a variety of industry contexts. This is a client facing role leading to a Salesforce developer position. Specific Duties CRM (Salesforce.com) application configuration Research integration issues and liaise with legacy system development staff Research and development of new Salesforce.com applications to aid organization Work closely and communicate clearly with a group of people with varied skill-sets Produce and improve overall documentation related to the implementation's configuration Bachelor's degree Eligible work for any U.S. employer Ability to travel at least 50% 5+ years of industry experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator Experience with database software / CRM solutions Advanced knowledge of and experience with Salesforce.com configuration Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences Work well independently or on a team Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking Demonstrate self motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology Benefits Acumen Solutions offers the opportunity for growth and advancement, as well as a competitive base salary, annual performance based incentives, medical benefits & 401k.
