Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a supportive environment. Responsibilities include: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team. Monitoring patient conditions, documenting assessments, changes, and care delivered. Advocating for patients and families, addressing concerns, and educating on health issues. Ensuring safety, confidentiality, and adherence to hospital policies and procedures. Participating in performance improvement initiatives and contributing to care quality and patient satisfaction. Supporting professional development, maintaining licenses/certifications, and engaging in leadership and mentorship roles. Promoting a positive work environment and embracing shared governance principles. Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred). Current RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification. Experience with direct patient care preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Additional Details: This is a full-time night shift role, with a sign-on bonus eligible.
