# Maintenance Engineer

To strengthen our team, we are looking for Maintenance Engineer which will be located in our plant Akyazı, SAKARYA What will your job be about? Conducting detailed downtime analyses and closely monitoring ongoing chronic equipment malfunctions Leading and mobilizing the team to take prompt and effective actions regarding these malfunctions Managing and ensuring the timely procurement of spare parts for the responsible production areas Actively utilizing the SAP system, specifically operating within the maintenance module Conducting negotiations with suppliers to improve processes and reduce spare part costs Working actively on the shop floor within a uniquely structured maintenance organization that differs from standard corporate structures What will you bring with you? A bachelor’s degree primarily in Electrical/Electronics Engineering; Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering graduates will also be evaluated Basic exposure to corporate life is sufficient; highly experienced profiles are not mandatory for this role A hands-on, field-oriented approach with the ability to actively engage on the shop floor rather than just desk work Advanced written and spoken English & Turkish A strong, field-oriented profile capable of managing both technical processes and a blue-collar team on the shop floor Residing in or able to reside in Sakarya-Kocaeli provinces At Yazaki, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for everyone regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, marital status, national origin, disability, handicap, veteran status, or other legally protected status or characteristic.
