# Registered Nurse - Advanced Acute Care Orthopaedics

Role Overview: This is a full-time inpatient registered nurse position focused on providing high-quality, compassionate care in a specialized orthopedic and medical/surgical unit. Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and deliver patient care, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Coordinate interdisciplinary care, including treatments, medications, and patient education. Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly. Collaborate with physicians and staff to resolve patient needs and participate in unit-based decision-making to improve practice. Promote safety, patient satisfaction, and quality outcomes through active engagement in safety programs and evidence-based practices. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty program, with the ability to perform assessments and provide direct care. Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality.
