# Vice President of Sales

Best Portable Toilets, Inc

VP of Sales | Des Moines, IA Best Portable Toilets is growing fast across route service, event rentals, and restroom-trailer rentals — and we're looking for a VP of Sales to build the sales organization that will take us there. This isn't a role where you inherit a team and optimize it. Most of the sales team doesn't exist yet. You'll design the structure, recruit and hire sales managers and account executives across every line of business, and build the coaching, accountability, and commission systems that turn a startup sales org into a high-performing one. You'll report directly to the President and own: Revenue strategy, forecasting, and pricing across route, event, and rental lines Building and leading the sales team from the ground up Key and strategic account relationships, including data-center and national-account programs Entry strategy for new markets, building a durable local customer base in each CRM adoption, pipeline discipline, and sales process What you bring: 7+ years of progressive sales leadership, ideally in a route- or field-service business A track record of scaling sales teams across multiple locations — bonus points if you've launched sales in a brand-new market Comfort building from scratch, not just running an existing playbook Valid driver's license; some travel and occasional nights/weekends If you want to build something rather than manage something that already exists, we'd like to talk.
