We're looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. As a Counter Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our company, assisting customers with their purchases and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods with precision Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive shopping environment Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations Forklift experience preferred but not required High school diploma or equivalent Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems In-depth product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about our product line Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
