Role Description : Provide infrastructure, network, switches, routers, telecommunication, servers. support. Subject area expert on video conference system operation and support. Provide next level expertise for computer systems (software, hardware) and equipment (printer, plotter, and telecommunication devices). Trouble shoot problems and equipment repair and replacement. Provide support for on-site conference meetings (video conference, webmeeting) General Description : Ability to work alone, and within a team. Must be driven to follow standards to deliver local site support. Requirements/Must Have : Ability to: >Troubleshoot terminal servers >Support thin clients >Crimp patch cables >Update code on network switches >Troubleshoot servers >Support mobile devices >Create documentation and procedures Skills & Qualification : Knowledge of help desk software (Service Now) preferred, but not required.
