Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CDL A Truck Driver role based in Weatherford, TX. The CDL A Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating company trucks to transport rental equipment and concrete consumables to and from customer locations, job sites, and the company yard. Day-to-day tasks include performing pre- and post-trip inspections, securing and unloading equipment, following delivery schedules, and completing required delivery documentation. The driver will communicate with dispatch and customers, assist with basic equipment checks, and help maintain a clean and organized vehicle and yard area. The role requires consistent adherence to DOT regulations, company safety policies, and courteous, professional customer service on every delivery and pick-up. Qualifications Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record and knowledge of DOT regulations Experience operating commercial trucks and safely loading, securing, and unloading equipment Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks Strong attention to safety, situational awareness, and compliance with company procedures Reliable time management skills and ability to follow delivery routes and schedules Effective communication and customer service skills when interacting with clients and team members Physical ability to handle equipment, straps, and materials, including occasional lifting and climbing Familiarity with construction or equipment rental environments is a plus High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to work on-site in Weatherford, TX and reliably commute or relocate as needed
