# Customer Service Advisor

Role Overview The Customer Service Advisor is the first and last point of contact for customers, responsible for creating positive impressions and fostering loyalty by recommending oil change options and additional services. The role involves effective communication, suggesting suitable services based on inspections, and providing exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend services. Build product knowledge and assist customers with service options. Communicate effectively and maintain a welcoming environment. Assist in cross-training as a top-side technician when needed. Qualifications & Skills Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills. Ability to read, understand, and follow training and safety materials. Comfort with physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in non-climate-controlled environments. Full mobility, ability to stand for long periods, and work with hands above head.
