About the Company Organisation: XBP Global (NASDAQ: XBP / XELA) Location: US (Flexible / Remote with Travel) Business Unit: Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) / Document & Digital Mail Solutions About the Role Title: Director – FAO (Sales) Position Overview XBP Global is seeking an aggressive, revenue-focused sales leader to drive net-new client acquisition across our Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) and Digital Mail Solutions (DMS) portfolios. In this role, you will lead new business acquisition, leveraging existing C-level relationships across the CFO office to originate, negotiate, and close enterprise deals. We are seeking a sales professional with a track record of consultative selling—spanning Document Management Systems, Digital Mailrooms, and modern Finance Shared Services. Responsibilities Net-New Client Acquisition & Sales Execution Proactively target, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients across the US market, taking complete ownership of the full sales cycle from initial engagement through deal closure. Pipeline Origination & CFO Relationship Management Utilize an active CFO and VP of Finance network to generate opportunities and convert connections into signed contracts within standard sales cycles. Integrated Solution Selling (DMS & FAO) Pitch comprehensive, high-value solutions combining Digital Mail Solutions (DMS), Document Management Systems, and core F&A processes (R2R, P2P, O2C). Consultative Engagement & Commercial Strategy Partner cross-functionally with pre-sales, solution architects, and pricing teams to engineer competitive commercial proposals, RFIs/RFPs, and outcome-based pricing models. Executive Client Management Maintain senior stakeholder relationships post-acquisition to ensure seamless handoffs, long-term retention, and structured account expansion. Go-To-Market Alignment Collaborate with business unit leadership and marketing to refine target messaging, enhance win rates, and execute market penetration campaigns. Qualifications Direct Sales & Domain Experience: 10–15+ years of dedicated enterprise sales experience closing complex deals across Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO), Digital Mail Solutions (DMS), and Document Management Systems. Proven Track Record in Client Acquisition: Demonstrated success in net-new enterprise client acquisition and driving consultative sales growth. Functional Background: Background incorporating pre-sales or solution architecture, account/relationship management, and direct sales execution. CFO Network & Connects: Active, established relationships with CFOs, VPs of Finance, Controllers, and Shared Services Leaders. Organizational Experience: Experience within high-growth mid-market BPO/consulting organizations, aggressive tier-2/tier-3 IT firms, or fast-paced enterprise sales environments. Domain Technical Knowledge: Understanding of digital mailroom processing, inbound document automation, imaging/indexing, and core financial accounting workflows. Systems Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. Required Skills Dedicated enterprise sales experience across FAO, DMS, and Document Management Systems. Consultative selling skills for complex, enterprise-level solutions. Ability to manage full sales cycle from origination to closure. Strong relationship management with C-level stakeholders, especially CFOs and finance leaders. Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. Preferred Skills Background in pre-sales or solution architecture. Experience in high-growth mid-market BPO/consulting or tier-2/tier-3 IT firms. Knowledge of digital mailroom processing and inbound document automation. Experience with outcome-based pricing models and RFIs/RFPs.
