# 3D Game Artist

We're hiring a 2D/3D Game Artist to join our growing creative team. This is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of character animation, asset creation, and real-time production. If you think in both dimensions and care deeply about how things move and feel, we'd love to meet you. What you'll be working on: Converting 2D concepts into polished 3D game assets optimized for mobile platforms Delivering high- and low-poly models with clean topology, UV mapping, and material setups Owning the full pipeline: texturing, lighting, and rendering Solving technical and aesthetic challenges across the production process Creating fluid animations for stylized characters, UI elements, and game assets – icons, pop-ups, menus, and more Building 2D particle effects in Unity in close collaboration with engineering and technical art teams Working in Spine and After Effects to edit and refine animated assets Contributing to a design culture that always keeps the player experience at the center What we're looking for: A university degree in a relevant discipline Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D asset creation and/or 2D animation for games Proficiency in tools such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or ZBrush for 3D work Strong command of Spine, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator for 2D animation A solid understanding of mobile platform requirements and asset optimization Experience in Unity is a strong advantage – knowledge of shaders and scripting is an even bigger one A sharp eye for color, lighting, perspective, and material quality Clear communication skills and the ability to manage your own workload effectively Nice to have: Background in graphic design, illustration, fine arts, or visual communications Familiarity with bone and spritesheet animation workflows You'll work closely with product, engineering, and art teams throughout the full production cycle – with regular feedback loops that keep quality high and output purposeful.
