Job Description Personal Lines Account Manager Western Dakota Insurors, Inc. (WDI) is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in our downtown Rapid City office. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience servicing personal lines insurance accounts and working with multiple insurance carriers. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you'll build lasting relationships with clients while assisting with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, certificates, claims support, and other day-to-day service needs.
