Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney Cherry Hill, NJ | Flexible Hybrid | $100,000 to $240,000 A South Jersey role with a varied litigation docket. An established Cherry Hill firm is growing its team and wants an attorney to represent employers in workplace disputes, employment litigation and related general liability matters. What you will do: Defend discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination claims Handle employment contracts, restrictive covenants and wage and hour disputes Appear before New Jersey courts and administrative agencies Run discovery, depositions, motion practice and settlement negotiations Advise employers on policies, compliance and risk management Assist on general liability litigation where needed What you will bring: JD from an accredited law school and an active New Jersey Bar license 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally including employment work Strong writing, advocacy and case management skills The ability to manage files and communicate directly with clients Pennsylvania Bar admission and experience across both employment and general liability would be a plus.
