About The Role The role owns end-to-end UX for core product surfaces
• translating ambiguous business problems into research-backed interaction patterns, flows, and design systems that ship to millions of users. You will work in a tight loop with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to define what gets built and how it behaves
• with real ownership over outcomes, not just deliverables. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma for web and mobile product surfaces Plan and execute usability studies, user interviews, and moderated/unmoderated tests; synthesize findings into actionable design direction Contribute to and evolve the design system

• working directly with front-end engineers on implementation quality Partner with PMs and data scientists to define success metrics for design decisions; validate through A/B tests, funnel analysis, and qualitative research Produce interactive prototypes in Figma (and ProtoPie or similar) to pressure-test concepts before engineering investment Present design rationale to senior leadership and defend decisions with research evidence and data, not opinion Document specs, edge cases, and accessibility requirements (WCAG 2.1 AA) to ensure clean handoff to engineering What We Are Looking For 3–6 years of UX design experience shipping digital products, with a portfolio demonstrating research-informed design decisions Expert proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, and collaborative prototyping Hands-on experience conducting usability testing and synthesizing qualitative data into design recommendations Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and responsive/cross-platform design constraints Ability to write and interpret basic SQL or analytics dashboards (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent) to ground decisions in behavioral data Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, Psychology, or equivalent practical experience Bonus: Experience with front-end fundamentals (HTML/CSS), motion design, or working within a mature design system at scale
