Overview Shifts Available: Nights Employment Type : Full Time Hours: Monday
• Friday (5:00pm-11:00pm) Weekends off Location: KMG Urgent Care- Mercedes, TX We are seeking a Receptionist , also referred to as a Clinic Receptionist or Hospital Receptionist. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and helps create a welcoming, organized, and professional clinic experience. This position supports daily front office operations by answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and ensuring required paperwork is completed. Responsibilities The Clinic – Receptionist serves as telephone operator, greets patients, and makes sure that necessary paperwork is completed. The Clinic – Receptionist collects co-pays/deductibles as per company policy, schedules and reschedules patients’ appointments per established protocols by provider, and serves as a primary customer service representative for the clinic. The Clinic – Receptionist completes other duties and special projects, as assigned or requested. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING High School Diploma or Equivalent. Previous medical office receptionist experience preferred. BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
