About the Emerging Opportunity: Sayva Solutions is beginning to connect with experienced Senior Financial Analysts for anticipated opportunities with established organizations throughout Orange County. We are proactively developing a pipeline of qualified candidates while working with our clients to finalize their hiring needs, position scope, and timing. These positions may support financial planning and analysis activities, including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial modeling. Senior Financial Analysts will partner with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate performance, improve financial visibility, and provide insights that support business decisions. While these opportunities are still being finalized, we are interested in speaking with candidates who may be open to learning more as details become available. Anticipated Salary Range: $100,000–$130,000 Please note this range is an estimate. Actual compensation may vary based on the organization, finalized scope, qualifications, and experience. Anticipated Responsibilities: Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and recurring reporting. Analyze actual and forecasted results, including trends, variances, and key business drivers. Partner with finance and operational teams to support planning and performance management. Translate financial data into meaningful insights and recommendations. Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations for leadership. Support strategic initiatives and other business decisions through ad hoc analysis. Identify opportunities to improve financial planning, reporting, and analytical processes. Anticipated Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical role. Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling skills. Solid understanding of financial statements and fundamental accounting concepts. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP, reporting, or financial planning systems is preferred. Ability to communicate financial information clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. Collaborative and adaptable approach within a dynamic environment.
