该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1、管理销售团队完成年度销售任务指标，经销商渠道的拓展开发； 2、高层管理职位，负责市场发展规划，并组织实施落地； 3、负责部门整体运营，并确保各项运营指标的达成； 4、负责部门所辖范围内及重点客户谈判； 5、协助经销商达成年度任务，并制定适合经销商的市场方案 任职资格 1、大专以上学历，快速消费品行业五年以上工作经验，有团队管理经验； 2、有调味品销售经历者优先； 3、具有较强的客户开发和市场拓展能力，善于沟通、协调；独立解决问题，并有良好的工作业绩； 4、有一定的计划、组织和团队管理能力，能制定区域销售的工作目标和工作计划，并协同相关人员有效达成； 5、Office办公软件熟练，文字表达能力强； 6、常驻地点：潍坊
