Brand Marketing Manager

Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Brand Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives across a portfolio of consumer brands. This role will drive brand growth through customer marketing, digital commerce, retail activation, promotional planning, and go-to-market execution. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Category, and external partners, the Brand Marketing Manager will play a key role in expanding market presence, driving revenue growth, and maximizing marketing investment performance. This is a remote role but candidates must sit in one of these markets for consideration: Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL, Omaha, NE or Memphis, TN. Responsibilities Develop and execute annual and quarterly brand marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Lead integrated marketing campaigns across retail, ecommerce, digital, and customer marketing channels. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive strategic growth initiatives. Create and execute promotional marketing programs that increase customer engagement and sales performance. Identify opportunities to grow market share, expand distribution, and support new business opportunities. Lead retail marketing initiatives including merchandising programs, point-of-sale materials, displays, and promotional campaigns. Manage paid media strategies across digital channels, social media platforms, retail media networks, and ecommerce environments. Support content strategy, digital shelf optimization, and online merchandising efforts. Partner with cross-functional teams on new product launches and go-to-market strategies. Manage project timelines, budgets, agency partners, and campaign execution from planning through analysis. Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to recommend optimizations and future growth opportunities. Develop presentations and recommendations for leadership and key stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, customer marketing, category marketing, or a similar marketing discipline. Experience developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of retail marketing, ecommerce, digital marketing, and go-to-market strategy. Experience supporting product launches, promotional planning, and revenue-generating initiatives. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Proficiency with common marketing, analytics, and productivity tools. Experience within a consumer products, retail, ecommerce, or related industry is preferred.
