Marketing is becoming more data-driven, automated, and AI-enabled—and the technology behind it needs to evolve just as quickly. Across Match Group, our Global Media & Growth organization supports paid acquisition and organic growth for Tinder, Hinge, Match, and our broader portfolio. We have an opportunity to build shared technology and data capabilities that improve acquisition efficiency, accelerate experimentation, and scale what works across brands. The Senior Director, Growth Technology & Platforms will lead the team responsible for MarTech Engineering, Marketing Data Foundations, Technical Program Management, and Organic Growth. You’ll lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of approximately 10, developing technical leaders and functional experts while building scalable solutions across our global portfolio. As the function evolves, there’s opportunity to expand into additional areas of Growth Technology. Near-term priorities include improving mobile measurement and optimization signals; scaling AI-powered campaign automation and performance intelligence; advancing creative technology and experimentation; and strengthening the data foundations that enable more effective acquisition and growth. You’ll determine how to sequence these investments based on business value, technical readiness, and where shared capabilities can create the greatest leverage.
