We are looking for “ Wholesale Banking
• Multinational Client Relationship Management– Assistant Vice President ”; Apply if you think you are the best candidate for “Assistant Vice President” position in our Wholesale Banking
• Network Sector Coverage Team at Head Office, Istanbul. If you think you have the following qualifications; Bachelor’s degree (preferably from Administrative Sciences, Economics, Engineering) Minimum 5 years of banking experience in client relationship management In-depth understanding of all wholesale banking products Understanding risk and financial analysis In-depth understanding of market trends & macro economics Client interaction/ negotiation / communication / presentation skills Result oriented analytical thinker with multi-tasking abilities Excellent team-player with strong oral/written communication skills, eager to learn and develop Excellent verbal and written English skills If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities; Support the Senior Account Managers with their assigned multinational client portfolios to build trusted relationship with clients and to identify clients’ business opportunities. Have enough experience to carry part of the client portfolio on your own Involve in or support the Senior Account Managers in managing and expanding the overall business relationship with existing multinational corporate clients as well as identifying and initiating relationships with prospect multinational clients Involve in or support the team in coordinating the delivery of ING’s global product and network capabilities to clients, structuring and executing tailor-made solutions that address client’s needs in coordination with product, country and risk teams Develop and keep regular dialogue with Parent Account Managers (PAMs) in various geographies to pursue multinational client relationships Develop and keep regular dialogue with global and local product teams. Support or involve in securing relevant internal commercial and risk approvals for credit reviews and transactions together with Parent Account Managers (PAMs), product and sector teams Acting in line with Bank policies and ING Orange Code principles; to take all necessary actions to ensure CDD/KYC processes are being properly conducted and valid CDD/KYC statuses are in place at all times for Wholesale Banking Multinational Clients.
