Senior Software Engineer (Principal Level) Full-Time | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) | Chicago, IL | Modern Software Development & Investment Technology A technology-driven investment organization is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its growing engineering team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an experienced software professional who enjoys building scalable applications, driving platform innovation, and partnering closely with business stakeholders. The role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies including .NET/C#, cloud-based platforms, AI-assisted development tools, data solutions, and CI/CD pipelines while contributing to business-critical software initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to have a direct impact on product direction, engineering practices, and business outcomes. The team is looking for an engineer who enjoys owning solutions from concept through delivery, mentoring peers, and solving complex business challenges through technology. Beyond the technical work, this position provides visibility across the organization, opportunities to influence architecture decisions, exposure to emerging technologies including AI-powered development, and a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning, innovation, and long-term career growth.
