An established and highly respected defense firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney to join its growing team in St. Louis. Responsibilities Manage workers' compensation matters from intake through resolution Appear before workers' compensation commissions and related courts for hearings, trials, and appeals Conduct and defend depositions, including examinations of medical experts and witnesses Draft pleadings, motions, reports, briefs, and other legal documents Provide regular client communication and case updates Maintain accurate case files and billing records Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing in Missouri Workers' compensation experience preferred Defense experience strongly preferred, but plaintiff-side workers' compensation attorneys will be considered Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Ability to manage deadlines and work independently while collaborating with a team Why Consider This Opportunity?
