Operating Room Registered Nurse

Seeking an RN Operating Room to deliver safe, evidence-based perioperative nursing care for a diverse surgical population in an on-site setting. Key Responsibilities Circulate and/or scrub as needed to support surgical procedures. Prepare, maintain, and support a sterile field and aseptic technique. Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, and other OR support staff. Monitor patient status closely during procedures and respond to changing needs. Accurately document care in the EMR. Provide patient and family education as appropriate. Participate in quality and safety initiatives and ongoing continuing education. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure. Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing practices and infection control/sterile technique. Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a high-acuity environment. Ability to monitor patients and maintain safety standards throughout procedures. Competence with EMR documentation.
