# Assistant Manager (01640) -105 Long Rd

We are seeking a professional and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at our Chesterfield location. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations while leading and developing a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence and team success. Supervise and support team members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of work Manage staff scheduling, time-off requests, and ensure adequate coverage to meet operational needs Assist in training new employees and facilitate ongoing professional development initiatives Monitor and analyze operational metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains Maintain a professional and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Coordinate with management on inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandising standards Perform administrative duties including documentation, reporting, and record-keeping Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations Support the implementation of company initiatives and strategic objectives at the store level 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in a retail, hospitality, or operations environment Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members effectively Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, scheduling software, and other management tools Customer service excellence and a customer-focused mindset Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Preferred: Experience with conflict resolution and staff performance management Preferred: Knowledge of operations management and process improvement methodologies BENEFITS Flexible scheduling -- full & part-time positions available Competitive wages 1 week of PTO Paid mileage Employee discount on all food items Advancement opportunities Paid training program FULL TIME ASSISTANT MANAGER BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage Flexible Spending Accounts Ability to contribute to a 401K We are MBR Management (a locally owned Franchise of Domino's) & we strive to treat all of our team members like family.
