Learn more at www.globalhp.com Role Description Inside Sales Representative Global Health Products – Rochester, NY We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing commercial team. This role works closely with our outside sales and marketing team to engage healthcare customers and contribute to revenue growth. The position is especially well-suited for Registered Dietitians, Dietary Managers, Clinical Nutrition professionals, or healthcare professionals with experience supporting nutrition programs in hospitals, long-term care facilities, dialysis clinics, or homecare settings. Key Responsibilities Support and collaborate with the outside sales team on accounts and opportunities Manage inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach Develop and manage a defined territory and/or portfolio of healthcare accounts, building relationships and identifying opportunities for growth. Build and maintain an active pipeline within the assigned territory, prioritizing target facilities and accounts based on opportunity and customer need. Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in CRM Follow up on samples and customer requests Lead virtual product presentations for customers Develop strong product knowledge and confidently explain solutions to healthcare customers via phone, email, and presentation settings Communicate customer needs and feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Operations Contribute to achieving team and company revenue goals Additional Opportunity Opportunity to attend and support out-of-town trade shows as part of professional development and as skills develop (approximately 2–3 events per year; 2–3 weeks total travel annually). Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN), Clinical Nutrition, Food & Nutrition, Healthcare Administration, or related healthcare background strongly preferred Experience working in hospitals, long-term care facilities, dialysis centers, rehabilitation facilities, homecare, or other healthcare settings preferred Experience interacting with clinicians, dietary departments, nursing teams, or healthcare decision-makers preferred Strong communication, organizational, and relationship building skills Comfortable with phone outreach and customer interaction Ability to learn commercial sales processes while leveraging healthcare and nutrition knowledge Team-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally CRM experience a plus This role may be an excellent fit for: Registered Dietitians interested in a commercial healthcare career Dietary Managers seeking broader professional growth opportunities Clinical Nutrition Managers looking to expand beyond facility operations Healthcare professionals who enjoy educating others and building relationships Individuals passionate about improving patient outcomes through nutrition What We Offer Competitive base salary Collaborative, supportive sales environment Training and growth opportunities Benefits package
