# Business Analyst

We are looking for Business Analysts to join our fast paced and self-accountable team that delivers enterprise level products for local and global markets. To deliver best-in-class digital products, you will work with consultants, product owners, UI/UX designers, QA teams, mobile, backend and frontend developers. Analyzing and managing activities for functional and non-functional requirements utilizing both visual and narrative techniques such as process modeling, use cases, user stories, and wireframing Documenting an established set of business requirements Contributing to solution design and ensuring that product features/stories are properly represented and delivered by Agile teams Ensuring that solutions incorporate the voice of the customer/user by having a comprehensive grasp of the anticipated user experience Performing functional & non-functional tests (incl. writing test scenarios, cases, reporting) before UAT handover Making impact analysis for change requests Carrying out maintenance & support activities incl. incident/bug analysis, problem solving What are we looking for?
