Atlassian/Jira Solution Specialist

General Requirements B.S. in Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, or a related university degree New graduate or 1-5 years of experience Curiosity in Atlassian products (Jira, Service Collection, Confluence, etc.) Knowledgeable in SDLC, ITSM, Agile, Project Management and Devops Experience in Java, JavaScript, or Groovy is a plus Interest or experience in AI-powered workflow automation (e.g., Atlassian Rovo or similar AI tools) is a plus Fluent in English Job Description Analyzing requirements and designing workflows, screens, and reports to meet those requirements Making configuration changes and improvements where requested Integrating Atlassian products with each other and with other systems Installing and upgrading Atlassian products Developing custom Groovy and JavaScript solutions where needed Designing and integrating AI-powered automation and intelligent workflow solutions into existing systems Maintaining existing installations and resolving reported issues Delivering end-user and administrator training on Atlassian products
