# ICU Registered Nurse - Full Time Nights

Black Women's Mental Health Institute

We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to provide safe, competent care in a full-time, night shift role. Responsibilities include Constructing and implementing personalized care plans based on nursing expertise Coordinating interdisciplinary care to develop goals, treatment, and discharge plans tailored to patient needs Performing purposeful hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and anticipate patient needs The role emphasizes Patient Centered Care and service excellence standards. Qualifications required are Current Nevada nursing license At least one year of critical care nursing experience Current BLS certification ACLS certification or within six months of hire Skills and qualities include strong nursing knowledge, leadership, communication, safety focus, and a patient-focused approach.
