[Job Radar](https://jobradar.live/) / [Jobs](https://jobradar.live/ilanlar) / ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST Active Hybrid Crane, Indiana Posted · 25.09.2026 USAJOBS # ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST Naval Sea Systems Command You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Power and Energy Systems Division (JXM), Expeditionary Warfare Weapons and Energy Systems Department (JX) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The full performance level of NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $138,370). You will develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and systems engineering milestones using applicable programs like Excel and Microsoft Project. You will review, develop, and brief technical requirements, specifications, and programmatic information to engineers, technicians, leadership, and customers. You will learn and utilize division processes and systems for documentation and testing such as NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS), Corporate Acceptance Tool (CAT), and Project Planning Tool (PPT). You will develop Risk Management practices by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risk associated with schedule, cost, or technical methodology. You will work with engineers and technicians to obtain the information to estimate costs, manage the project budget, and track expenditures to ensure the project stays within financial constraints. You will act as the primary interface between government customers and contractor teams, ensuring all contractual requirements are met, as well as provide support to contract procurement efforts. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT pay band (GS-11/GS-12 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating technical project resource requirements to develop, plan and execute project schedule, milestones and deliverables to improve efficiency and execution of program operations.
