Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Trauma - Full-Time

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Serving as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers, they ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and communicate care plans, prioritize patient flow, and document assessments and interventions. Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and maintaining satisfaction. Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance care quality and outcomes. Maintain professional licenses and certifications, engage in ongoing training, and stay current with industry best practices. Mentor and support fellow nurses, foster a positive work environment, and adhere to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards. Support shared governance, contribute ideas for process improvements, and promote the nursing profession. Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing; valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact); BLS certification; preferred experience in direct patient care.
