Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Physical Therapist located in Rutland, VT. The Physical Therapist will assess, diagnose, and implement effective treatment plans to support patient recovery and improve their physical well-being. Responsibilities include working closely with patients to develop personalized therapy goals, providing rehabilitation services, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Qualifications Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques Strong background in Medicine and Patient Care Experience providing Home Care and tailored rehabilitation plans Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build patient trust and collaborate with medical teams State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Vermont Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree CPR and First Aid certification is a plus Prior experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting is preferred
