# Merchandising Assistant Store Manager - Days

Serv-U-Success

- Starting at $18.00/hr, up to $20.00/hr (based on experience)
• Full-Time, Day Shift: 6:00am
• 2:00pm
• availability needed on weekdays and weekends

Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, driving results, and creating exceptional store experiences? We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead teams, and ensure every project is completed with excellence. In this role, you'll partner with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding execution, coach team members, and help create a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment.
