Offering $19 to $20 per hour This employee takes calls from Long Term Care customers, enter orders, and dispatches to the appropriate service center. Job Responsibilities Log all incoming calls Hours 9am to 6pm Warehouse • cleaning of medical equipment Add new residents to existing LTC customer data base as necessary Follow up on delivery of requested items Answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues After-hours dispatching when scheduled
