Senior Technical Delivery Lead

As the Senior Technical Delivery Lead, you will serve as the senior technology leader responsible for the successful delivery, operations, and continuous improvement of the technology and data-management capabilities supporting our clients. You will provide technical and delivery leadership across application, data, integration, reporting, infrastructure, and security functions to ensure the solution meets contractual, regulatory, operational, and business requirements. This is a senior individual-contributor leadership position and does not have direct people-management responsibilities. The role provides functional and technical direction across multidisciplinary teams and may provide oversight to technical resources. Individual in this role is expected to work at least 3 days per week in our West Des Moines or Chicago office This position does not provide visa sponsorship now or in the future.
