Entry Level Sales Executive | $80,000–$120,000+ | Tyler, TX Looking for a sales career where your effort can directly impact what you earn? Want full training, ongoing support, and a clear route to progress? The role We’re growing our Tyler team and looking for an Entry Level Sales Executive who is confident with people, motivated to learn, and ready to build a long-term career. Previous sales experience isn’t essential. You’ll receive structured training, mentoring, and ongoing support to help you learn the business, develop your sales skills, and become confident working with clients. You’ll speak with individuals to understand what they need, explain available benefit options, and help them choose solutions that fit their circumstances. Key Responsibilities Speak with prospective and existing clients Understand individual needs and recommend suitable benefit solutions Clearly explain products, services, and available options Follow up with clients and build strong relationships Provide a helpful, professional customer experience Take part in ongoing sales and product training About our company We offer a supportive, team-focused environment where people are encouraged to learn, improve, and progress.
