# Human Resources Generalist

Job Description We are seeking a collaborative and employee-focused Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations in a manufacturing environment. This role serves as a key resource for employees and leaders, providing support in employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, payroll, and HR programs while helping foster a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR-related questions and support. Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective actions. Support recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer processing. Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientations, and employment documentation. Maintain employee records and process personnel actions, including hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, leave administration, and employee inquiries. Support payroll processing, timekeeping audits, and attendance tracking. Partner with leaders on performance management, coaching, and employee development initiatives. Track HR metrics and support engagement, retention, and continuous improvement programs. Coordinate employee events, recognition activities, and plant engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR procedures. Maintain confidentiality of employee and business information. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and personnel systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience administering FMLA and leave programs. Experience with ADP, Kronos, Workforce Management (WFM), or similar time and attendance systems. Experience supporting payroll and benefits administration. Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 Schedule: 2nd Split Shift (Monday-Friday), 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
