Required Skills/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is desirable 10+ years of experience in Business analysis and process design, preferably within the Payments business or fintech industry Experience gathering information from multiple sources to create current and target state business process models Experience gathering requirements for build of new workflows Capable of proactively identifying core problems or opportunities within business processes Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences Excellent communication and analytical skills Experience operating within agile framework with technology and design partners.
