THE OPPORTUNITY
• Work in massive ambiguity.
• Help run and define company-wide product management.
• Own customer outcomes end to end. You'll take ownership of entire customer journeys, everything from first sign-up through to production outcomes, and treat the whole arc as yours.
• Earn the respect of the engineering team, not just by speaking their language, but by operating in a way that inspires.
• Move extremely fast with a strong bias for execution. You consider yourself a world-class PM. Expectations are high, but so is impact and breadth.

WHAT YOU BRING
• You understand the difference between 0→1 and 1+. Proven track record in both.
• You're opinionated and default to action.
• You seek feedback, piece together information from every angle, form strong convictions, and execute, bringing the team with you, not behind you.
• Organization and communication are non-negotiable.
• Clarity of written thought rules all.
