Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical & Telemetry ICU

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) for Med-Surg/Tele and ICU units Responsibilities: Provide safe, evidence-based care to adult patients, including continuous cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring, complex medication management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, respond swiftly to patient condition changes, and maintain accurate documentation in the EHR. Support health equity through trauma-informed, culturally responsive care, patient and family education, and engagement in quality and safety initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities, proficiency in cardiac/hemodynamic monitoring, medication management, documentation, and teamwork. Commitment to culturally responsive care and continuous quality improvement.
