Registered Nurse - Acute Care Ortho Surgical - Full-Time Night Shift

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care Ortho Surgical provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team. They practice according to evidence-based standards, uphold the nursing scope of practice, and adhere to professional ethics and organizational policies. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care using critical thinking and evidence-based practices. Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive, and individualized care, engaging patients and families in the care process. Coordinate and document safe, quality care through effective communication and teamwork, supporting performance improvement initiatives. Participate in professional development, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and promote evidence-based practice and research activities. Contribute to resource planning, protocol development, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing degree; Bachelors preferred. Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification. Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience. Strong communication, teamwork, time management, and critical thinking skills. Ability to operate clinical technology and respond effectively in fast-paced environments.
