# Registered Nurse - Advanced Acute Care Orthopaedics

We are seeking a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a specialized orthopedic and surgical unit. The role involves assessing, planning, and delivering patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostics, while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities include evaluating intervention effectiveness, addressing physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs, and participating in patient education and discharge planning. The nurse will engage in unit-based decision-making, quality improvement initiatives, and safety programs, contributing to a positive patient and family experience. Qualifications: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program.
