MH Bilingual Customer Service Rep

Description Position at FirstBank Position Summary This position provides opportunity to gain knowledge regarding Loan Servicing, Operations, and Collections aspect of the Manufacture Housing Industry. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service Answer customer calls/inquiries Take payments over the phone Handle customer/client correspondence and all information requests Support various departments within Loan Servicing Team Assist with Loan Research Review and submit Loan Maintenance Requests Other duties as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Some College preferred Bilingual in Spanish • required Proficient with MS Office (Excel and Word) Excellent organizational skills Excelling communication skills • both oral and written Collection knowledge a plus Manufactured housing knowledge a plus FirstBank does not accept unsolicited resumes from agencies and staffing firms.
